Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

All physical product orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it has been shipped.

If there are delays due to high order volume or supply issues, we will notify you promptly.

2.⁠ ⁠Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on:

Your location

Shipping method selected

Courier availability

Typical delivery estimates:

Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping (if available): 7–21 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed timelines.

3.⁠ ⁠Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery address

Package weight/size

Courier rates

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international orders) are the customer’s responsibility.

4.⁠ ⁠Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

A tracking number

A link to track your package

Tracking updates depend on the courier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.

 

5.⁠ ⁠Delivery Issues

A. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.

If your package is lost or stolen:

Contact the courier directly

File a claim using your tracking number

We will assist where possible, but resolution depends on the courier.

B. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details.

We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

C. Delayed Deliveries

Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

Weather conditions

Customs checks

Courier delays

Holidays

Logistics disruptions

We cannot offer refunds for delays beyond our control.

6.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged:

Record a complete unboxing video (required for return eligibility under your return policy).

Email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Description of the issue

Unboxing video

We will guide you through the next steps.

7.⁠ ⁠International Shipping (If Applicable)

For international orders:

Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the buyer’s responsibility

Delivery times may be longer due to customs inspections

We are not responsible for packages held or rejected by customs
